START OF TRAINING 2023: BORBET WELCOMES 13 NEW YOUNG PROFESSIONALS
BORBET remains true to its training strategy and is once again training qualified junior specialists (m/f/d) in Hallenberg-Hesborn and Medebach this year. The apprenticeships on offer include the professions of industrial clerk, IT specialist, technical product designer, marketing communications clerk, machine and plant operator, electronics technician, cutting machine operator and industrial mechanic.
Carolin Mittermaier (Head of HR and responsible for training at BORBET) and the trainers welcomed the eight industrial and four commercial trainees as well as one dual student to the in-house training workshop in Hesborn. "We are proud to be able to provide training in line with demand again this year and are delighted to welcome motivated and committed new employees to the BORBET family," said Carolin Mittermaier.
A varied program awaited the young professionals during their first days of training to ensure an optimal start. The trainees got to know each other across different professions and, in addition to a workshop on "Trainee etiquette", were able to dedicate themselves to a very special project - planting fruit trees.
The application phase for the coming training year is currently underway. The virtual trainee world offers a fascinating insight into career opportunities at BORBET.
