100% TAKEOVER RATE IN THE HSK.

As a job engine in the region, BORBET attaches great importance to good, well-founded vocational training and is once again taking on all trainees (m/f/d) at the Hochsauerland site this year. The high retention rate emphasises BORBET's long-term commitment to promoting and developing young talent.

M. Johanning joins the team in the specialised trade division of BORBET Vertriebs GmbH with immediate effect, while L. Wellnowski starts in the OEM internal sales department. Both have successfully completed their training as industrial clerks.

"At BORBET, we attach great importance to offering first-class training and then opening up promising future prospects within the company," explains Ms Mittermaier, Training Officer and Head of Human Resources. "With our commitment, we promote young talent and offer them secure career prospects in the region."

SUCCESFUL TRAINING AT A HIDDEN CHAMPION

The BORBET site in Thuringia celebrates the graduation and hiring of its trainees. M. Schäfer becomes an IT specialist in IT, G. Reinhold starts as an industrial clerk. The company specifically promotes young talent and offers them excellent prospects for the future.

BORBET DONATES TO LOCAL KINDERGARTENS AND FIRE BRIGADES.

BORBET is putting its guiding principle of creating living spaces into practice by supporting local organisations with a generous donation of €9,500. The initiative came from the workforce, who used the money to support 17 church kindergartens and local fire brigades.
