TRAINING STARTS IN 2022: BORBET CONTINUES TO GROW.
BORBET remains true to its training strategy and provides demand-orientated training at its two locations in Hochsauerland. A total of 11 junior specialists (m/f/d) are starting their careers in Hallenberg-Hesborn and Medebach. The training programme includes the professions of industrial clerk, IT specialist, machine and plant operator, electronics technician, cutting machine operator and industrial mechanic.
Carolin Mittermaier (Head of HR and responsible for training at BORBET) and the department heads welcomed the trainees to the in-house training workshop in Hesborn. "We are proud of our promotion of young talent and the social contribution that sound training at BORBET offers. We are delighted to welcome motivated new employees to the BORBET family," says Carolin Mittermaier.
The BORBET induction days gave the new trainees an ideal start: they were given a first impression of how a light alloy wheel is made. They got to know each other across all professions and, in addition to a workshop on "Trainee etiquette", were able to dedicate themselves to a very special project - designing their own light alloy wheel.
The application phase for the coming training year is currently underway. The virtual trainee world offers a fascinating insight into the career opportunities at BORBET: http://www.borbet.de/karriere/ausbildung.
